Terms of Service

These terms cover the website 3dit.meme and the automated replies we send on Instagram from @3dit_i_ng. 3dit is operated by Abhishek Miryala, reachable at [email protected]. By using the site or asking for a link on Instagram, you agree to these terms.

What 3dit is right now

3dit is a video editor for content creators that has not been released. The website lets you leave an email address to be told when it launches. There is nothing to buy, download or install yet, and we make no promise about a release date or about what the released product will contain.

The email list

Leaving your email means you agree to receive one welcome email and launch news from us. You can leave the list at any time by emailing us. How we handle the address is described in our Privacy Policy.

Instagram keyword replies

When our post invites you to comment a keyword to get a link, and you do, we reply under your comment and send you one direct message with the link. That message is automated. We send it only because you asked by commenting, we send it once, and we do not follow up unless you write back. Instagram's own terms apply to anything you do on Instagram.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or our Instagram replies to send spam, to harvest data, to impersonate anyone, or to do anything illegal. We may ignore comments or messages that look automated or abusive.

No warranty, limited liability

The site and the replies are provided as they are, free of charge, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using them, and our total liability to you is limited to zero dollars, because you have paid us nothing.

Changes

We may change these terms. The current version is always at this address with its date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
